● Made to order, shipped fast. Every Waiu piece is made to order and leaves our workshop the next business day after you order.

● Free cancellation before it ships. Since each piece is made just for you, you can cancel or change your order for a full refund anytime before it ships. Once it’s been made and shipped, the terms below apply.

● 30-day returns. Changed your mind? Return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Just make sure it’s unworn, undamaged, and back in its original gift box. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in that case it’s on us, and we’ll send a prepaid label.

● Size not quite right? Reach out and we’ll help you exchange it for the correct size.

● Repairs. Chipped or lost an insert, or want the finish restored? We can help — repair pricing is quoted case by case.
