According to paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Russian Federation Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” when purchasing jewelry remotely, the consumer has the right to refuse a quality product at any time before delivery and within 7 (seven) days after delivery. To process a return, please send a free-form refusal letter stating the order details and the reason for the return (name, phone number, order number) to the email address.
● If the ring size doesn’t fit, you can get a one-time free replacement within 7 days of receipt, excluding shipping. The ring must be in its original condition and undamaged.
● We offer repairs if the insert is lost or chipped, or if you want to restore the coating. Prices are negotiated individually.
